  • Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish; English a plus.
  • Startup or high-velocity sales and/or fitness industry experience preferred.
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic conversationalist with strong active listening and communication skills.
  • Ambitious, metrics-driven self-starter.
  • Comfortable with hard conversations with clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, highly coachable and excited by change.
