- Comfortable with ambiguity and pace of early-stage startup.

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across GTM teams.
- View setbacks as learning opportunities.
- Native Japanese; business-level English.
- Curious about AI; willing to adopt AI tools to improve results.
