  • Align with Sales leadership to develop territory partner strategy
  • Co-create partner plans with regional partners for field activities
  • Build partner-sourced and assisted pipeline in the territory
  • Be the trusted advisor to AEs and simplify partner collaboration
  • Pre-qualify partners on sourced opportunities
  • Prepare partners to productively meet with Amplitude AEs
  • Activate new regional partners to expand platform and revenue
  • Track joint sales pipeline and forecast partner-sourced opportunities

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-8 years in Partner Sales, Channel Management, or Partner Development
  • Fast-paced experience building partner-sourced pipeline in mid-size/enterprise
  • Data-driven decisions, prioritize outcomes over activities
  • Strong problem solving and process design; bias for execution
  • Motivated by exceeding revenue targets
  • Knowledge of Product Management, Analytics, Experimentation & Growth (preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to build new partnerships and categories
  • Team-oriented, collaborative
