📋 Description

  • Own the India partner business; sell Kong's full portfolio with focus partners.
  • Build the joint GTM plan with the India sales team.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline; set targets and cadence.
  • Create joint assets with focus partners—reference architectures and briefs.
  • Run joint marketing events that generate pipeline.
  • Coordinate enablement, CX, marketing, and ops to win with partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in partner/channel or alliances sales with GTM across partners.
  • Existing relationships with India's regional and national system integrators.
  • Bias toward net-new, sourced business.
  • Comfort running many partners and activities in parallel.
  • Experience selling infrastructure, developer platforms, or API/AI tech to enterprise buyers in India.
  • Nice to have: PSM leadership in API/integration or open-source; hyperscaler co-sell experience.
