📋 Description

  • Build and implement APACx Partner Sales strategy with global team
  • Recruit, enable and maintain resales partners as primary owner
  • Work with direct sales to achieve regional goals
  • Collaborate with marketing, solutions engineering and customer success to maximize partner revenue
  • Create goals and strategic sales & marketing plans with each partner and conduct reviews
  • Monitor progress and adjust the strategy to continuously improve results

🎯 Requirements

  • Inspired by helping people build beautiful tools for life’s work
  • 7+ years direct and/or partner sales in SaaS/IT
  • Strong understanding of SaaS/IT partner ecosystem in APACx; PLG SaaS is a bonus
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and pace of iteration of an early-stage startup
  • Growth mindset and thrive in building nascent team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across all GTM teams
