- 8+ years in Alliances, Channel Sales, or BD in LATAM; SIs/distributors a plus.
- Experience launching a new region, distribution model, or partner program.
- Deep understanding of economic and cultural nuances in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Peru.
- Strong experience in contract negotiations, joint value propositions, and revenue forecasting.
- Bilingual fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese preferred.
