  • Lead recruitment of 1-2 Tier-1 Distributors and VARs.
  • Define go-to-market rules of engagement and margin structures.
  • Own LATAM partner revenue and shift from delivery to lead generation.

  • Manage a predictable pipeline of partner deals with weekly visibility.
  • Collaborate with partner experience and enablement to certify regional partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related; MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years in Alliances, Channel Sales, or BD in LATAM; SIs/distributors a plus.
  • Experience launching a new region, distribution model, or partner program.
  • Deep understanding of economic and cultural nuances in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Peru.
  • Strong experience in contract negotiations, joint value propositions, and revenue forecasting.
  • Bilingual fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese preferred.
