📋 Description

  • Research and identify strategic partners aligned with Sift’s ICP
  • Engage and qualify prospective partners for mutual fit
  • Outbound outreach: 40–50 meaningful activities per day
  • Set up intro and discovery calls with Partner Managers
  • Support partner onboarding and enablement with collateral and demos
  • Collaborate on account-based and partner campaigns

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of partner development experience (SaaS, tech, or startup experience is a plus)
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator; PRM tools a plus
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited university (Business or Technical major a plus) – or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Executive presence and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders at partner organizations
  • Passion for partnerships, sales, and a desire to build a career in software and technology
