- Deep understanding of global partner ecosystems: GSIs, advisory firms, resellers, ISVs
- Experience designing and scaling partner programs (tiers, incentives, lifecycle)
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate goals into scalable strategies
- Experience building partner enablement and certification programs
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution
- Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, platform, or AI ecosystem business models
