  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate goals into scalable strategies
  • Experience building partner enablement and certification programs
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution
  • Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, platform, or AI ecosystem business models
