- Hands-on experience with Atlassian products and/or Partner Programs.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multiple priorities.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and partner tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset focused on partner success.
