- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Webflow Certified Partner Program.
- Manage partner lifecycle: onboarding, tier movement, offboarding.
- Maintain program docs, partner resources, and internal playbooks.
- Track and report partner metrics: applications, onboarding, activation.
- Identify operational gaps and propose scalable improvements.
- Coordinate launches and partner communications with Marketing, Sales, Product, Support.
🎯 Requirements
- 2–4 years in partner programs, operations, enablement, or education in SaaS/tech.
- Experience supporting programs for external audiences (partners, customers, agencies).
- Experience with agencies, freelancers, or services partners is a plus.
