Partner Payouts & Referral Manager

📋 Description

• Manage monthly residual payouts for ISOs, agents, referral partners, and stakeholders.
• Reconcile processor statements against internal systems for accuracy.
• Validate merchant data, interchange fees, buy rates, and revenue splits.
• Audit merchant accounts for rate changes and billing discrepancies.
• Maintain residual structures, splits, and partner contracts.
• Oversee chargebacks, fees, and pass-through costs affecting monthly residuals.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in merchant services, payments, or financial ops.
• Understanding of interchange, pricing, and processor statement formats.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning.
• High attention to detail with reconciliation and auditing skills.
• Strong analytical mindset; ability to explain complex payouts clearly.
