  • Support the global Delivery function by driving partner and service performance.
  • Accountable for partner/service performance; expert in outsourcing.
  • Balance day-to-day tasks with partner performance in a fast-paced setting.
  • Enable an operational environment; ensure high-quality partner support.
  • Lead end-to-end adoption of initiatives affecting partners/services/language.
  • Present and report performance to Delivery and CS leadership.

  • 8+ years in customer service/operations with 5+ years in partner management.
  • Proven success driving improved partner/Regional Operations performance.
  • Experience deploying resources for real-time crisis and high-severity cases.
  • Data analysis and reporting to identify trends and set standards.
  • Translate big-picture goals into concrete actions for partners.
  • Willing to work weekends and be on-call; travel as required.
