🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in operations, partner ops, or program management.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Experience managing multiple workflows or projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to own end-to-end processes with accountability.
- Experience with recurring reporting, reconciliation, or close processes.
- Experience supporting partner or vendor programs in tech or financial services.
