- Comfort working with technical teams; understand APIs, credentials, sandboxes.
- Ability to triage issues and communicate with engineers.
- Experience managing vendor/partner relationships and contract workflows.
- Experience building cross-functional operating processes in fast-changing env.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; define workflows and operate independently.
