Partner Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Manages the operational framework for the partner ecosystem, ensuring efficient processes.
• Oversees day-to-day admin, configuration, and support of the PRM platform.
• Develops and maintains partner reporting, dashboards, and analytics for visibility into performance.
• Ensures data accuracy and consistency across partner systems and tools.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoots system issues and resolves PRM-related defects with technical teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, business operations, or systems administration.
• Experience administering CRM/PRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, partner portals, or equivalent tools).
• Strong analytical skills with experience building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Familiarity with process workflow design and operational documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross functional teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and translate operational requirements into system configurations or enhancements.
