🎯 Requirements
- Bachelors Degree.
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken) required.
- Experience managing client expectations in internal/external programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects through completion while maintaining SLA.
- Organizational and cross-functional communication with global offices/remote teams.
- Operational ecommerce/retail experience preferred.
