📋 Description

• Lead and optimize the Partner Network to improve customer outcomes.
• Analyze data to improve supplier performance and enforce standards.
• Create and implement partner certification programs for quality.
• Manage the Partner Outsourcing Group: eligibility, vetting, performance.
• Develop tailored training and coaching to raise partner capabilities.
• Lead escalations and drive partner satisfaction; travel 20-25% as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years leading in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Experience with manufacturing/machining and shop floor rhythms.
• Proven data analysis skills and ability to drive improvements.
• Track record of identifying gaps and delivering training/mentorship.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; training program experience.
• Fluency with project management and business apps.
