🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
8+ years leading in supply chain or manufacturing.
Experience in manufacturing/machining environments.
Data analysis and strategic improvement skills.
Track record delivering training and mentorship.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience developing and delivering training programs.
