🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Operator: 2–5 years in ops or analytical roles.
• Salesforce User: hands-on Salesforce/CRM data experience.
• Advanced Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis.
• Strong Analytical Mindset: translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent Communicator: cross-functional collaboration.
• Autonomous Problem Solver: work independently in fast-changing environments.
• Business-Savvy Operator: understand sales cycles and partner journeys.
• Languages: English required; additional languages (German/Spanish/Portuguese) a plus.
