  • Be the face of Anthropic Alliances to UK/NEU boutique partners.
  • Build and curate partner portfolio to accelerate Claude adoption for mid-market and enterprise.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential AI partners.
  • Partner with sales leaders to hit business objectives; leverage boutique agility.
  • Understand partner businesses, technical depth, and target segments.
  • Drive joint business planning and active pipeline development.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years building services/consulting/VAR partnerships in AI or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record building channel motions and enabling new partner practices.
  • Experience with boutique consultancies and SIs; small partners complement GSIs.
  • Experience managing multi-country partner ecosystems with distributed GTM teams.
  • Experience with early-stage tech products, including APIs and platforms.
  • Willing to travel across the region.
