- Identify, research, and prospect MSPs, resellers, and strategic partners.
- Execute outbound motion with 30โ50 touches per week.
- Own the full partner funnel: sourcing โ outreach โ discovery โ signed agreements.
- Activate and enable partners with onboarding and co-selling activities.
- Manage existing partners with relationships, QBRs, and pipeline reviews.
- Track partner activity and maintain forecasting in HubSpot.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2-4 years in business development, partnerships, or channel sales.
- Proven outbound prospecting and partner sourcing.
- SaaS experience, esp. workforce mgmt, HR/payroll/EOR, time-tracking, MSP IT services.
- LATAM expertise with MSP/reseller ecosystems; existing relationships a plus.
- Fluent Spanish; Portuguese strongly preferred.
- Comfortable discovery, demos, and co-sell conversations; strong judgment.
- Tools: HubSpot, Crossbeam, Slack, Google Workspace.
