๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Identify, research, and prospect MSPs, resellers, and strategic partners.
  • Execute outbound motion with 30โ€“50 touches per week.
  • Own the full partner funnel: sourcing โ†’ outreach โ†’ discovery โ†’ signed agreements.
  • Activate and enable partners with onboarding and co-selling activities.
  • Manage existing partners with relationships, QBRs, and pipeline reviews.
  • Track partner activity and maintain forecasting in HubSpot.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2-4 years in business development, partnerships, or channel sales.
  • Proven outbound prospecting and partner sourcing.
  • SaaS experience, esp. workforce mgmt, HR/payroll/EOR, time-tracking, MSP IT services.
  • LATAM expertise with MSP/reseller ecosystems; existing relationships a plus.
  • Fluent Spanish; Portuguese strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable discovery, demos, and co-sell conversations; strong judgment.
  • Tools: HubSpot, Crossbeam, Slack, Google Workspace.
