Partner Manager, OpenAI for Government

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day management of key strategic partners, including AWS.
• Coordinate joint planning, governance, escalation, and cross-functional execution.
• Build and run partner operating cadences across leadership reviews and delivery.
• Support co-sell motions, opportunity coordination, and shared-objectives execution.
• Track partnership performance, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate internal resources across GTM, partnerships, product, legal, and security.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Public Policy, or related field.
• 8–12+ years in business development, program management, or cross-functional operations.
• Experience managing large external relationships with commercial/operational/technical scope.
• Program management: cadence design, dependency tracking, stakeholder coordination, exec communications.
• Experience moving partnerships from concept to execution with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in ambiguity.
