  • Support strategy/execution for APAC partners; focus on WAU and conversions.
  • Identify growth levers across distribution, product integrations, marketing.
  • Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle: evaluation, deals, launches, renewals.
  • Collaborate with APAC leadership to drive SF-based execution.
  • Coordinate APAC partners with US product, engineering, legal, and marketing.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across time zones.
  • Establish structured partner engagements (reviews, growth plans).
  • Drive KPI accountability: WAU, new users, retention, revenue contribution.
  • Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop strong partner relationships across APAC markets.
  • Surface opportunities for expansion and long-term collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in BD, partnerships, or tech product.
  • Mandarin proficiency (business-level ideal).
  • Experience with APAC partners across Korea, Japan, Greater China.
  • Strong understanding of Asia market dynamics and channels.
  • Experience supporting product integrations and/or growth partnerships.
  • Cross-functional operator across product, engineering, legal, finance, and marketing.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management across cultures/time zones.
