- Proven experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances in SaaS, EPM, CPM
- Successfully recruiting, onboarding, enabling implementation/reseller partners
- Strong go-to-market and partner enablement experience
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset to track and report partner performance
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial, customer-focused approach; consulting/SI partners a plus
