🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years building services/partner ecosystems in AI/enterprise software.
- Proven ability to build channel motions and enable early-stage partners.
- Experience with boutique consultancies and SIs; complement GSIs.
- Experience managing ecosystems across multiple countries with distributed GTM teams.
- Experience with AI products at early maturity, incl. APIs and platforms.
- Fluent German; other European languages are a plus.
