- Manage indirect sales through Tulip's A&D ecosystem partners (defense integrators, VARs)
- Develop and execute GTM plans with partners for aerospace, defense, and MRO
- Support co-selling with defense primes and aerospace OEMs from prospecting to close
- Enable partners to independently represent Tulip across cycles; ensure A&D compliance and security
- Identify and recruit new partners to fill geographic/vertical gaps in A&D ecosystem
- Stay current on A&D trends and DoD modernization initiatives; monitor competition
π― Requirements
- 5-8+ years in Channel Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development focused on A&D
- Proven quota attainment (100%+) in channel/alliances sales
- Deep understanding of A&D industry dynamics (primes, Tier 1/2, OEMs, MRO)
- Familiarity with ITAR, DFARS, CMMC, AS9100, NADCAP; FedRAMP preferred
- Experience with MES, ERP, PLM, or IIoT ecosystems in aerospace/defense
- Existing relationships with A&D-focused system integrators and partners
