  • Communicate sales activity and market trends to leadership
  • Travel to meet prospective partners and represent Gusto at events

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Partner Manager, Channel Manager, or sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas; strong client relationships; negotiating six-figure contracts
  • Deep understanding of the accounting firm landscape and needs
  • Ability to articulate value to partners and senior leaders
  • Driven, autonomous, and able to push pace with partners and teams
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Tableau)
