- Lead strategy and growth for a portfolio of GustoPro partners
- Build territory and account plans; run quarterly business reviews with large partners
- Balance new partner acquisition with development of active partners
- Act as single point of contact for partners and cross-functional sales support

π― Requirements
- 5+ years in Partner Manager, Channel Manager, or sales
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas; strong client relationships; negotiating six-figure contracts
- Deep understanding of the accounting firm landscape and needs
- Ability to articulate value to partners and senior leaders
- Driven, autonomous, and able to push pace with partners and teams
- Experience with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Tableau)
