📋 Description

  • Manage and grow a large portfolio of partner stores via phone, email and text.
  • Build relationships by understanding priorities to grow stores and optimise supply.
  • Analyze store performance to boost retention and improve partner and customer experience.
  • Develop knowledge of internal tools and collaborate to improve partner experience.
  • Prioritise tasks by handling call lists and campaign actions promptly.

🎯 Requirements

  • B2B client-facing experience in sales, account management or customer service.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication; clear and friendly in text or email.
  • Empathetic, patient, detail‑oriented and well organised.
  • Autonomous and independent; able to multi‑task and manage time.
  • Data‑driven problem solver; think ahead to identify opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus; AU working rights.
