🎯 Requirements
- B2B client-facing experience in sales, account management or customer service.
- Excellent written and spoken communication; clear and friendly in text or email.
- Empathetic, patient, detail‑oriented and well organised.
- Autonomous and independent; able to multi‑task and manage time.
- Data‑driven problem solver; think ahead to identify opportunities.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus; AU working rights.
