  • 3-5 years in Partner Management, Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Business development skills: spotting opportunities, negotiating, closing deals.
  • Experience collaborating with Product teams across functions.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and upsell (40%+ upsell rate).
  • Bonus: experience managing SaaS companies or working in a SaaS environment.
