📋 Description

  • Lead relationship manager for a group of named channel partners to maximize revenue.
  • Design and implement strategies to maximize partner revenue and minimize churn.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in SaaS customer success or account management, preferably channel/partner.
  • Passion for delivering an exemplary partner experience and relationships.
  • Experience with forecasting and sales pipeline management.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills; internal advocate.
  • Ambitious, adaptable, and a strong team player in fast-changing environments.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
