  • 7+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or similar growth roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable growth through partnerships.
  • Strong commercial instincts to assess opportunities and drive deals from ideation to execution.
  • Understanding of go-to-market strategy development and cross-functional execution.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with ownership and urgency.
