  • Lead executive engagement with research partners (heads of research, C-suite).
  • Build deep relationships with top NA partners and AI research platforms.
  • Serve as senior commercial contact for US partners and key accounts.
  • Own revenue target for the NA partner team.
  • Increase revenue and usage with existing partners through expansion.
  • Build senior US partner relationships and shorten time to revenue.
  • Identify and pursue sales engagements with emerging partners in research/AI tools.
  • Represent Prolific at conferences and events; grow brand in US startup space.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in quota-carrying partnerships, sales, or biz dev (market research SaaS).
  • Strong US research/AI/SaaS network; able to engage founders and C-suite.
  • Proven revenue target achievement in partnerships or sales.
  • Experience with usage-based models and land-and-expand growth.
  • Excellent communication; comfortable with exec conversations and presentations.
  • Collaborative, low-ego; builds trust and adds value across teams.
  • Comfortable in scale-ups; resourceful, experimental, energized by ambiguity.
  • Willing to travel regularly across North America.
  • Knowledge of participant/recruitment market in research (desirable).
