  • Own and drive partner-sourced pipeline, meeting quarterly quota.
  • Build and execute partner enablement programs, including product education, sales alignment, and ongoing engagement to increase deal velocity.
  • Design and run partner sales plays, identify high-fit segments within partner accounts, and motivate partner sales teams to unlock stalled deals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute partner campaigns and events that support pipeline growth.
  • Partner with internal Sales teams throughout the deal lifecycle, supporting co-selling motions and smooth handoffs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-6+ years in BD, Partner Development, or SaaS Partnerships with pipeline impact.
  • Hands-on enabling external partner sales without direct authority.
  • Proven ability to execute co-selling and collaborate with Sales/Marketing.
  • Strong Salesforce/CRM knowledge with forecasting accuracy.
  • Experience managing multiple partners with distinct goals.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
