- Proven experience leading operational planning in military contexts (multi-star HQ preferred).
- Advanced military education: Command and Staff, Advanced Military Studies.
- Familiar with major military planning exercises and software deployment on classified networks.
- Experience in customer support (face-to-face and remote) with product teams.
