- Proven ability to expand business presence in a region with software/tech solutions.
- Experience in customer support (face-to-face and remote) coordinating with engineering.
- Strong technical skills to master our app and troubleshoot with customers.
- Ability to navigate large government organizations and deliver outcomes.
