Partner Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Design scalable onboarding and access provisioning processes
• Create and maintain partner ops procedures docs
• Administer partner access with security controls
• Coordinate with IT/Security on access and compliance
• Prepare reports on partner ops health and performance
• Support partner certification tracking and renewals
• Support resource allocation across services
• Oversee partner financial ops, invoicing, payments, revenue reconciliation
• Develop and maintain partner relationships with contracts
• Track partner delivery and financial performance
• Ensure adherence to partner agreements and ops requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations; subcontractor/vendor mgmt a plus
• Experience with cross-functional PS teams (PMs, Analysts, Consultants, PMs)
• Experience with project management tools; Rocketlane preferred
• Experience with CRM; Salesforce preferred
• Background in financial operations, contract management, or accounting
• Proven track record in managing complex operational processes
• Experience with professional services delivery models a plus
• Process improvement and automation experience
• Strong financial and accounting basics with analytical skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Outstanding communication and relationship management
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
