- Manage post-deal relationships and daily technical ops for Roku partners (LATAM/EMEA).
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Commerce, and internal teams to drive tech engagements and onboarding.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and partner-facing resources.
- Lead internal projects to completion with oversight and identify process improvements.
- Develop Roku product and technical expertise to resolve partner inquiries and complex issues.
- Serve as on-call escalation for tentpole events and coordinate cross-functional responses.
🎯 Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- At least 1 year of project management experience (timelines, stakeholders, progress tracking)
- Familiarity with SDLC, APIs, and front-end vs back-end concepts; video delivery, payments, DRM, or ad insertion a plus
- Hands-on with JIRA (DevOps), Airtable, and Zendesk
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication; tailor messages to audiences
