  • Maintain records of accredited brokers, including onboarding/offboarding.
  • Provide regular reporting on accreditations and onboarding volumes.
  • Investigate and resolve commission queries with stakeholders.
  • Record, reconcile, and report payments to aggregators.
  • Manage partner portfolio data and resolve identified exceptions.
  • Prepare monthly Aggregation Partner reports with key metrics.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills; quick learner; MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) & Gmail.
  • Good planning skills.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Financial Service Experience is desirable.
