🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years building large-scale training and certification programs in global tech.
- Strong understanding of System Integrator business models and partner go-to-market.
- Deep knowledge of Data/AI tech incl. Data Warehouse, Data Transformation, ML, GenAI.
- Proven program management for technical competency models across distributed teams.
- Excellent communication with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
