📋 Description

  • Design and deliver enablement programs that ramp partners on Cresta’s product, value proposition, and joint sales motions.
  • Collaborate with Partner Leadership, Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Product to align enablement with GTM priorities.
  • Provide remote and in-person facilitation plus scalable LMS content to onboard partners and keep them updated.
  • Enable partners supporting enterprise and strategic customers, including global SIs and technology partners.
  • Location preference: San Francisco, New York, or Remote.
  • Travel may be required for in-person sessions as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Partner Enablement, Sales, Alliances, or related role in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems—channel, SI, technology, or services partners in enterprise or complex sales motions.
  • Proven ability to design enablement programs that scale through indirect sellers.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Partner, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal.
