Deliver partner activation sessions for strategic accounts and new programs.
Support field enablement for Channel Sales with L&D partnerships.
Pilot AI-enabled re-certification workflow with partners in DACH.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Admin, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience developing and delivering enablement or training programs.
Strong project management skills with multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience with learning strategy, content design, or certification programs.
Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms advantageous.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
