Partner Director, Global BCG Alliance

📋 Description

• Own the global BCG relationship, pipeline growth, and expansion across industries.
• Define and run OpenAI’s operating model for the BCG partnership, across regions.
• Serve as OpenAI’s senior executive counterpart to BCG leadership.
• Set joint priorities, resolve escalations, ensure coordinated execution.
• Shape and lead co-selling of complex, CxO-level enterprise AI opportunities.
• Engage directly with enterprise executives (CEO, CIO, CTO, Board) with BCG partners to frame AI strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate Partner / Principal or Partner-level experience at an MBB firm or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Strong tech fluency and commercial leadership across business development, industry advisory, or alliances.
• Proven ownership of global, multi-year strategic partnerships with measurable outcomes.
• Experience shaping and closing board-level enterprise transformation opportunities.
• Ability to design and scale joint operating models between senior, partner-led organizations.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence across functions.
