  • Source and close net-new partners via outbound, events, referrals
  • Own the partnership deal cycle from launch to activation for a high-volume portfolio
  • Lead onboarding, enablement, and activation with scalable programs and 1:1 engagement
  • Drive referral volume and re-engage dormant partners
  • Track partner performance and pipeline in Salesforce, PartnerStack, HubSpot
  • Monitor KPIs like activation, referrals, pipeline, and tier progression

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in partnerships, sales, BD, or channel roles (SaaS)
  • Proven ability to close partnerships and grow portfolios
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building
  • Comfortable managing high-volume partner books
  • Highly organized, data-driven, execution-focused
  • Experience with Salesforce, PartnerStack, HubSpot, Outreach, and Docusign
