🎯 Requirements
- Degree in STEM field and strong engineering foundation from rigorous tech environment
- Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in academic or professional pursuits
- Experience working with or alongside large engineering teams (enterprise or services preferred)
- Strong communication skills; engage credibly with senior partner leaders, architects, and executives
- High tolerance for ambiguity, intensity, and sustained effort
- Willingness to travel 25-50%, including frequent travel to India and partner/customer sites
- Advanced in Python or TypeScript
- Experience writing, debugging, and deploying production systems
- Worked with SI / GSI delivery models, enterprise software deployments, or large-scale developer platforms
- Enjoy enabling others to be successful
- Learn quickly by embedding in complex, real-world environments
- Have operated beyond formal job description or founded a startup
- Thrive in roles with broad technical and non-technical problems
