📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for clients, ensuring smooth transition from sales to active platform users
• Act as the main point of contact for new clients, managing relationships and delivering tailored onboarding plans
• Provide expert technical guidance, assisting clients with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, engineering, and customer support to meet client needs
• Continuously improve onboarding processes, leveraging client feedback and data analytics to drive efficiency
• Ensure successful post-onboarding transition by providing hypercare support for 30 days before handing over to the customer success team

• Strong project manager with the ability to handle multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively
• Technically adept with experience in software implementation and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner
• Skilled problem solver with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes
• Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
