Design QA frameworks and escalation pathways to reduce risk.
Build scalable infrastructure via offshore support, tooling, and AI workflows.
Manage partner escalation and communication workflows with CS and external partners.
Develop process documentation, troubleshooting frameworks, and partner guidelines.
Identify and implement AI tooling to shorten SLA management and partner communication.

🎯 Requirements

You have a proven track record of building and scaling operational systems.
You understand campaign operations and live event ecosystems.
You're experienced working cross-functionally with R&D, BD, and Marketing teams.
You have strong attention to detail and can spot scaling risks before they become problems.
You're comfortable with SLAs, KPI tracking, and reporting.
You have hands-on experience with workflow tools like HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, or Coupa.
