Design QA frameworks and escalation paths to reduce risk.
Build scalable infrastructure via offshore support, tooling, and AI.
Manage partner escalation and comms with CS and external partners.
Develop process documentation, troubleshooting workflows, and partner guidelines.
Identify and implement AI tooling to shorten SLA turnaround.

🎯 Requirements

You have a proven track record of building and scaling operational systems.
You understand campaign operations and live event ecosystems.
Cross-functional with R&D, BD, and Marketing teams.
You have strong attention to detail and can spot scaling risks early.
You're comfortable with SLAs, KPI tracking, and reporting.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, or Coupa.
