  • Own the post-sales relationship for indirect customers, via partner channels.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in CS or AM; 2+ years in Partner Success (SaaS).
  • Experience supporting indirect customer relationships via resellers, marketplaces, or MSPs.
  • Strong process builder excited about new workflows and systems.
  • Comfortable owning customer relationships end-to-end, even when delivery is through partners.
  • Empathy, business acumen, and clear communication; ability to influence cross-functionally.
  • Open to using AI to amplify skills and improve efficiency with responsible use of AI.
