Create partner feedback loops and translate insights to Product, Ops, Sales, and Accounts
Develop partner advocacy via case studies, testimonials, and ambassadors
Coordinate local partner marketing and social plans
Drive regional brand partnerships and co-marketing with measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in community management or partnerships
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Experience planning and executing events, programs end-to-end
Experience building brand partnerships or co-marketing initiatives
Strong relationship-building and cross-functional communication
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from a blank slate
