Partner Business Systems & AI Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Own Salesforce partner data model end-to-end (fields, governance).
• Administer the partner platform stack (portal, Skilljar integration, dashboard).
• Define and own partner data quality standards; implement checks.
• Instrument partner processes for health metrics (cycle times, SLA).
• Run access and configuration governance for partner systems (changes, sandboxes).
• Build AI automation across partner workflows (LLM triage, drafting, QA).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in revenue/partner/business systems with Salesforce admin/architecture.
• Owned data model relied on by multiple teams; ensured a trusted source.
• Translate program rules into schema, validation rules, and entitlement flows.
• Integrated Salesforce with LMS, PRM, or partner portal products.
• Hands-on with LLMs/AI agents (prompting, evals, automation).
• Fluent with workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make, Workato).
